- Thanks for the post. However, the problem magically
- disappeared. I was hoping it was a glitch, because I had always
- thought that background images were kind of "sacred", and were
- always supposed to look right. Of course, a couple hundred lens
- flares might change the appearance of a bkg image. However, in my
- case, there weren't any objects anywhere close to where the dark
- banding was occurring.
- Some things aren't meant to be easily understood.
